§ 10.05. Repeal of former Charter.

Latest version.

All provisions of Chapter 59-1487, Laws of Florida (the former Charter) as amended by special law or otherwise, are herein repealed upon the simultaneous time that this new Charter takes effect pursuant to the provisions of this new Charter, and the laws of the State of Florida.
