§ 4.01. Meetings.

The commission shall meet regularly at least once in every month, at such time and place as the commission may prescribe. Special meetings may be held on the call of the mayor, the city manager, or a majority of the commission members, and whenever practicable, upon no less than seventy-two (72) hours' notice to each member and the public.
