§ 9-53. Right of entry for inspections.

  • It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant, or any other person, to deny access to any premises, other than the interior of any private dwelling, to the chief of the fire department or any inspector for the purpose of making inspections herein authorized, or to interfere with any such officer in the performance of his duties hereunder.
