There is hereby created a fire code, to be known as the City of Lauderhill Fire Prevention
Code. This code shall consist of all current volumes of the National Fire Codes as
published by the National Fire Protection Association. If, at any time, the National
Fire Protection Association should adopt or publish additional or amended volumes,
chapters, sections or subsections of the National Fire Codes, then said additions
shall become a part of this fire code. Furthermore, all fire related ordinances and
resolutions of the city are herein declared to remain in full force and effect and
are deemed to supplement this fire prevention code.
