The failure to comply with any provision of this chapter or the National Fire Code,
as adopted herein, shall constitute an offense against the city and shall subject
the offender, upon conviction to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00),
or imprisonment for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine
and imprisonment. Additionally, a person, a corporation or business entity who is
found guilty and either fails to comply with the appropriate City or National Fire
Code provision, or fails to pay the assessed fine, shall be subject to the revocation
of any and all city licenses by the city commission.
