§ 8½-7. Penalty.

Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, or both for each separate violation. Each day of violation shall be a separate violation.
