§ 8½-5. Emergency preparedness coordinator.

The fire chief is designated as the emergency preparedness coordinator. The emergency preparedness coordinator shall be responsible for coordinating preparation for emergencies, and shall be responsible for coordinating all activities during a state of emergency. The emergency preparedness coordinator shall work directly for the emergency manager, as defined in section 8½-1(d), during a state of emergency.
