§ 7½-21. Title and incorporation of Florida Statutes by reference.

(a)

This article shall be titled Code Enforcement Board Ordinance.

(b)

Chapter 162 of the Florida Statutes, entitled County or Municipal Code Enforcement: Part I Local Government Code Enforcement Boards and Part II Supplemental County or Municipal Code or Ordinance Enforcement Procedures, as existing or as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into the City Code of Ordinances for enforcement purposes.
