§ 7½-1. Special fund designated for revitalization programs.
(a)
All fines collected by the virtue of fines being levied by the city code enforcement board shall be deposited in a special fund designated for the revitalization of the city.
(b)
All monies deposited in the special fund designated for the revitalization of the city may be utilized but shall not be limited to the following purposes:
(1)
Various community volunteer cleanup programs;
(2)
The purchase of materials for the city self-help program for financially needy residents; and
(3)
Landscaping in the blighted areas of the city including swale repair.
