§ 6-31. Short title; intent.

(a)

This article shall be known and cited to as the "public art program".

(b)

It is the intent and purpose of this article to further the commitment of the city to providing public art to beautify the appearance of the city, commemorate the city's history, and to enhance cultural opportunities throughout the city.
