Section 4 of Ord. No. 98O-11-166, adopted November 23, 1998, repealed § 6-13 in its entirety. Formerly, said section pertained to the engineering fee schedule and derived from Ord. No. 83-106, § 1, adopted Jan. 31, 1983; and Ord. No. 83-131, § 1, adopted April 25, 1983.
