§ 4-45. Compliance for existing facilities.

Latest version.

All facilities covered by this article shall be notified of this article in writing by the city clerk within thirty (30) days of its passage. The owner of the existing facility shall then be given ninety (90) days to comply with this article. This section shall not apply to those facilities created or opened for business following the passage of this article.
