§ 4-2. Birds and rodents.

  • No person shall feed or leave foodstuffs for consumption by ducks, pigeons or rodents within the city limits.

    All ducks, pigeons and rodents maintained as pets within the city limits shall be adequately caged or otherwise properly kept upon the premises of the owner and shall not be released into the streets, waterways or other public or private property located within the city limits except that property owned and maintained by the owner of the said ducks, pigeons or rodents.
