§ 2-272. Creation of specific named district, boundaries, size.

The Isles of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood Improvement District, being the best alternative for the geographic area approved by the city commission and consistent with the comprehensive plan, is hereby created pursuant to Article VIII, Safe Neighborhood Improvement Districts, Division 1, Generally, and F.S. ch. 163, known as the Safe Neighborhood Act, and specifically F.S. § 163.506, local government neighborhood improvement districts. The district boundaries are described generally as follows:

A portion of the Plat of McKinney Tract, Plat Book 107, Page 22, including Isles of Inverrary #1, 2, and 2A Condos, and Tract E, as depicted specifically in the map below:
