§ 2-262. Creation of specific named district, boundaries, size.

The Manors of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood Improvement District, being the best alternative for the geographic area approved by the city commission and consistent with the comprehensive plan, is hereby created pursuant to Article VIII, Safe Neighborhood Improvement Districts, Division 1, Generally, and F.S. ch. 163, known as the Safe Neighborhood Act, and specifically F.S. § 163.506, local government neighborhood improvement districts. The Manors of Inverrary District boundaries are legally described as The Manors of Inverrary Plat, as recorded in the Official Plat Book 82, Page 48 of the Public Records of Broward County, and as depicted specifically in the map below:
