§ 2-234. Board of directors.

(a)

The city commission is hereby designated as the board of directors of the Windermere/Tree Gardens Local Government Safe Neighborhood Improvement District.

(b)

The board of directors are empowered to engage in any or all of the activities specified in F.S. ch. 163.
