§ 2-227. Registration requirements.

  • Any district that is created within the city shall, within thirty (30) days of its establishment, notify the department of community affairs and the department of legal affairs in writing of its establishment by providing the districts name, location, size, type and such other information as the departments may require, pursuant to F.S. § 163.5055.
