§ 2-283. Meetings; dual service on other boards permitted.

The board shall meet no less than quarterly at a designated time and place that the board shall determine.

The board shall appoint a chairperson and adopt rules and procedures as it deems fit.

Membership on other city boards shall not preclude membership on the educational advisory board.

The board shall be responsible directly to and report periodically to the city commission of the City of Lauderhill because the purpose of this board is to act as an advisory body to the City Commission of the City of Lauderhill, Florida.
