§ 2-162. Voting.

Unless legally disqualified from voting, each commissioner shall vote "yes" or "no" on any matter submitted to a vote. The clerk transcribing the minutes of the meeting shall call the roll for the vote by calling the name of each commissioner, except the presiding officer, in an alphabetical order; after which, said clerk will record the vote of the presiding officer.
