§ 2-156. Length, extensions and cancellations.

Each and every regular special meeting of the city commission shall terminate and adjourn on or before 11:00 p.m. Upon majority vote of the commission, adjournments may be extended up to midnight. Extension of any meeting beyond midnight shall require the unanimous vote of all commission members present. Extension of any meeting beyond each hour after midnight shall require the unanimous vote of all commission members present.
