§ 2-124. Duties and responsibilities.

The duties and responsibilities of the planning and zoning department shall be as follows:

(a)

Issue all city licenses and permits.

(b)

Examine all plans and specifications for proposed building to assure compliance with all requisite codes and regulations.

(c)

Design a comprehensive master plan and implement growth management pursuant thereto.

(d)

Be responsible for all zoning activities of the city.
