§ 2-89.2. Conduct.

Each member must conduct themselves in a positive, friendly and law-abiding manner at all times. There shall be no cigarette smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages or use of illegal drugs by any member. Intentional negative use of digital, mobile computing or social networking technologies are strictly forbidden. Members may use their private social networking accounts to post, transmit, discuss or otherwise disseminate information that promotes upcoming youth council related events in a positive manner. Violation of this section shall be grounds for immediate removal from the board.
