§ 2-40. Administration of pension funds.

The firefighters pension fund shall be subject to the regulations as are set forth in this division 3, sections 2-41 through 2-60. The general employees pension fund shall be subject to the regulations as are set forth in this division 3, sections 2-61 through 2-72. The police pension plan and trust fund shall be subject to the regulations as are set forth in this division 3, sections 2-74 through 2-88.
