There is hereby incorporated by reference and established as minimum standards for the installation and construction of sewer services within the city the following minimum standards, entitled "Specifications for Materials and Installation of Sanitary Sewers for the City of Lauderhill, Florida," as prepared by T.G. Lively, Consulting Engineer, Appendix D to his Code.
