§ 20-15.3. Definition.
The following definition shall apply to all sections in this chapter:
Commercial vehicle means any vehicle which is not used solely for personal nonbusiness activities, and does not include first responder vehicles. Outside lettering of any such vehicle designating a business of any kind shall be one (1), but not the only, method of establishing its commercial status. The following types of vehicles shall be considered commercial for purposes of this section:

Truck cab;
b.
Trailer;
c.
semitrailer;
d.
Tractor crane;
e.
Power shovel;
t.
Well driller;
g.
Bus;
h.
Taxi, limousine and other vehicles for hire;
i.
Ambulance;
j.
wrecker (tow truck);
k.
Hearse.
Motor vehicle(s). A vehicle which is motorized or self-propelled, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, gopeds, and scooters or any other self-propelled vehicles.
