§ 19-63. Bids on public improvements.

Subsequent to the adoption of said resolution of necessity as to such improvement, the city council, at the earliest possible date, or at a later date if it so desires in cases where the improvement is not to be made by regular city employees, shall advertise for bids as required in the city Charter.
