§ 18-11. Declaration of legislative intent.

It is hereby declared to be the purpose and intent of the city commission of the City of Lauderhill, Florida, to hold the owner of land located with the city, responsible for the construction of sidewalks for public use and for the maintenance and repair of any existing sidewalk located within the public right-of-way which abuts his land.
