§ 17-5. Auto theft decals.

Latest version.

(a)

Any resident of the city who is the owner or the lessee of a motor vehicle may purchase an auto theft decal from the police department.

(b)

The price of the decal shall be one dollar ($1.00).

(c)

The decal shall signify that the owner of the vehicle has registered in the city police department's auto theft awareness program in accordance with the procedures and conditions established by the police department.
