§ 15-31. Definitions.

Certain terms as used in this article are herein defined as follows:

Golf facilities shall mean all real property designated for use as a golf course within the city along with all necessary personal property (e.g., golf carts, fertilizer, lawn seed, mowing equipment, sprinkler systems) that may be needed in the ordinary operation of a golf course.

General revenues shall mean all user charges, admission fees, membership dues and concession stand proceeds derived from the operation of the city's golf facilities.

Ordinary expenses shall mean the cost of upkeep and maintenance of all golf facilities, including, but not limited to, all labor and material needed for the continued operation of said facilities.
