§ 15-3. Penalties for article violation.

Any person found guilty of violating any section of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) per violation or may be imprisoned up to thirty (30) days or, in the discretion of the court, may be both fined and imprisoned.
