§ 15-1. Hours of operation; night-time exception.

Latest version.

All city parks which do not have lighting for events may be open to all persons from sunrise and shall close at sunset. All city parks which do have lighting for night-time events may be open to all persons from sunrise and may remain open after sunset, with closing times to be determined by the city administration.
