§ 14-87. Forfeiture of permit.

Any person, association, partnership, corporation or other legal entity which shall be convicted under any section of this article shall forfeit any permit issued pursuant to this article and be ineligible to apply for any subsequent permit. A suspended sentence, probation or withholding of adjudication shall result in a forfeiture of any permit issued pursuant to this article and the offending party shall be ineligible to apply for any subsequent permit.
