§ 14-62. Collection of administrative fees for vehicle towing.

The city shall be entitled to collect actual administrative fees related to the towing of vehicles by its police or code enforcement officers. Such fees may be added to the towing company's bill which is collected before release of the vehicle by the franchised tow company. If the towing company collects the administrative fee on the city's behalf, the towing company shall remit such fees to the city on the same schedule at the towing company's franchise payments.
