§ 14-49. Commercial business in private garage.

Latest version.

No commercial business concerned with motor vehicles shall be conducted in a private or community garage. Space in a private or community garage shall not be leased for storage or used by a commercial vehicle, unless the vehicle qualifies pursuant to section 12-9 of the Code.
