§ 14-47. Noxious emission prohibited.

Nothing shall be allowable in the city that shall in any way be offensive or noxious by reason of the emission of odors, gases, dust, smoke or vibration or noise that would in any way constitute a health hazard, cause property damage and/or cause harm to the safety and welfare of the adjacent property owners or residents of the city.
