§ 14-28. Removal, damage, or distribution of land development notice signs.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, damage, or destroy any development or property use notice sign, affixed by the City of Lauderhill, on real property within the City of Lauderhill, pursuant to the requirements of the city's land development codes.

(b)

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each such incident.
