§ 14-22.2. Posting of handbills on public property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise by tacking any handbill, sign, poster, or any form of advertising by tacking, pasting or tying, on poles, posts, trees, buildings, fences or other structures located on public property in the city. The person or company named on such bill shall be held responsible for the placement and shall be penalized as provided in section 1-8.
