Article II. OFFENSES |
§ 14-19. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in public.
No person in the city shall drink or consume alcoholic beverages, including liquor, beer or wines, on any public streets, in any public parks or in any other public place, unless such place is licensed by the city and the proper governmental authorities for the sale of alcoholic beverages. This section shall not apply to events in which the city is a sponsor. Penalties for a violation of this section shall be as contained in section 7½-3.
