§ 14-5. Retail consumer goods to be individually marked with price; exceptions.

(a)

All retail businesses within the city shall have all consumer goods marked with an individual price.

(b)

All retail businesses which are equipped with operative optical scanner devices shall be excluded from the requirements of this section.
