§ 12-198. Suspension.

(a)

The city planner shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if the sexually oriented business licensee has knowingly or recklessly violated this article or has knowingly or recklessly allowed an employee or any other person to violate this article.

(b)

The city planner shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business employee license for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days if the employee licensee has knowingly or recklessly violated this article.
