§ 12-104. Restrictions.

(a)

License; decal; fee. All mechanical amusement devices shall be licensed with the city code enforcement department and shall have a decal identifying such device as being so licensed affixed to the upper left front of said device in a prominent position where easily viewed by city inspectors. Each such decal shall cost thirty dollars ($30.00) for a twelve-month licensing period and shall be issued by the code enforcement department of the City of Lauderhill. Said decals may be transferable from one device to another.

(b)

Existing devices. All mechanical amusement devices lawfully existing with valid decals upon the adoption of this article may continue and be renewed as a legal nonconforming use.
