Upon cancellation, revocation or denial of the permit required by this division, the
requestor or permittee shall remove such designated cell site and any support structure
as requested by the city. Such removal [is] to be completed within thirty (30) days
from the date of cancellation, revocation or denial. At the end of thirty (30) days,
the city may, at its option, have the cell site removed, with such costs being the
responsibility of the permittee.
