§ 12-121. Compliance with Federal Communications Commission regulations.

(a)

The city, as franchising authority, will comply with all regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission pursuant to the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 (47 U.S.C. 542(b)).

(b)

The city, as franchising authority, has the legal ability to adopt any regulations necessary for the compliance as set forth in subsection (a).

(c)

The city will provide reasonable opportunity to the public to present its views during rate regulation proceedings conducted by the city as franchising authority.
