§ 12-48. Authority to stop trucks for inspection.

The police force, code enforcement and the Inspectors of the city shall have the right and authority to stop all trucks operating upon the streets of the city to determine whether same have complied with the provisions of this article. All violators may be subject to arrest by the police.
