§ 12-41. Private detective—Application for local business tax receipt.

Before certificate of use and local business tax receipt may be issued to a private detective, the applicant must first present to the city code enforcement officer a certificate from the police department of the city showing that the applicant is currently licensed by the State of Florida and Broward County.
