§ 12-25. Rebates of local business taxes.

Latest version.

No portion of any local business tax herein assessed shall be rebated, unless it clearly appears that such local business tax was collected by mistake or error, and before making such rebates to an applicant, all amounts payable under section 12-53 shall be paid by such applicant.
