It is hereby made the duty of any person exercising the privilege of conducting a
business, occupation or profession for which a local business tax is hereby required,
to post the current valid certificate of use in a conspicuous place in or about the
place of business where it may be seen upon inspection by any official of the city.
Every person shall produce the current valid certificate of use when called to do
so by any official of the city, and for his/her failure to do so, he/she shall be
subject to the issuance of a citation for such violation.
