§ 12-8. Costs of background investigation of applicants.

Latest version.

If any background investigation of any applicant for a permit, certificate of use, or local business tax receipt, is required by this Code, the applicant shall be required to reimburse the city for the cost of the investigation prior to the permit, certificate of use, or local business tax receipt being issued.
