§ 11-37. Penalties for article violation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days or be both so fined and imprisoned. Each such violation shall be considered a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
