§ 11½-66. Review and approval of affordable housing incentive plan.

(a)

Pursuant to the requirements of the act, within thirty (30) days of their receipt from the committee, the city shall forward the committee's recommendations to the city commission for review and consideration. Following the review of such recommendations, the city shall, pursuant to the requirements of the act, adopt an affordable housing incentive plan ("incentive plan").

(b)

Upon adoption of the incentive plan, the city shall forward, or cause to be forwarded, a copy of the adopted incentive plan to appropriate agencies pursuant to the requirements of the act.
